The Tides of Time

Afternoon sun brightens our maze of winters daunting power

Overlooking the pool, vines that soon bloom await the seasons turn to flower

Time races to clear the empty chasm

Icy water drips from rivulet, branching to a thousand pools springing from rain and oceans fathom

Water rocks our world yet soothes and sustains us

In the crystal clear pool, we glimpse a flipped reality while the moon and stars hang overhead, possibilities endless like drops of water in the ocean
