samskara

It was a momentous winter

Damp, cold

Incessant raining

Flooding, fragmentation

Wreckage

You were treating your red scars

Exhausted I sat by your bed, I held

Your hand, then kissed your forehead

Your energy renewed

Blood returning

Right now I’m not drowning

Rain continues

It’s Spring
